About MySimpleCredit
My Simple Credit, is a wholly owned and operated economic arm and instrumentality of the Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians (the “Tribe”), a federally recognized sovereign American Indian Tribe located within the United States.

Loans arranged by MySimpleCredit have a high APR and should not be used as a long-term financial solution. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling.

*Loan Disbursement: For loans funded via debit card, funds are sent to the bank account linked to your debit card immediately after your loan is approved and you accept our offer. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If we’re unable to validate your card, or you do not opt into this service, funds will be sent via ACH deposit. Loans approved before 11:30am on a business day will typically be funded on the same day, otherwise funds will be deposited by the next business day. All funding cut-off times are subject to change. The date and time funds are made available to you by your bank are subject to your bank’s policies.

Credit Authorization Policy:
Typically MySimpleCredit reviews your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets our lending criteria. You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union, Clarity, DataX, and Factor Trust and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

MySimpleCredit is not offering the loan service to the following states and territories: Arkansas (AR), Connecticut (CT), District of Columbia (DC), Guam (GU), Illinois (IL), Massachusetts (MA), Minnesota (MN), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), Puerto Rico (PR), South Dakota (SD), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Virgin Islands (VI), West Virginia (WV).
